"How long will it take for my claim to be settled?"
There is no definitive answer as each claim is unique.
However in our experience, if properly advised by a professional consultant, the process is speeded up considerably.
"What if my Insurers have already refused my claim?"
Insurance companies often refuse to pay claims for a variety of reasons,
relying on small print in your policy. The Claims Desk has a thorough understanding
of most domestic and commercial policy wordings. We can quickly see if your claim
has been legitimately declined, or if there are grounds to pursue it further.

"What is a Loss Adjuster?"
A Loss Adjuster is a claims professional appointed by your Insurance Company to represent their interests. Whilst they are supposed to be impartial, your Insurers pay their fees. They are usually instructed on claims over £1000. The Claims Desk consultant will conduct all negotiations with the Loss Adjuster on your behalf.
"How much will The Claims Desk charge for their services?"
We have a very competitive scale of charges depending on the value of the claim. This ranges from as little as 2% but is never more than 10% of the settlement value. If the claim is declined, we don't charge you a single penny. Contact us for a confidential discussion.
